Hi @mouiz-zz, This is actually a fairly common issue. Copilot Pro activation can get blocked if there’s a pending student discount request on your account. The system requires that any outstanding requests be approved or cleared before you can activate Copilot Pro. You can check and manage your requests here: GitHub Education Discount Requests. Once the pending request is handled, activating Copilot Pro should work without problems. If you don’t see any pending requests or the issue continues, the GitHub Education team can help resolve it directly. You can reach them at education@github.com. Hope this helps and gets you up and running! ✅ |

Hey there! 👋 Thanks for posting in the GitHub Community, @mouiz-zz ! We're happy you're here. You are more likely to get a useful response if you are posting in the applicable category. The Accessibility category is a place for our community to discuss and provide feedback on the digital accessibility of GitHub products. Digital accessibility means that GitHub tools, and technologies, are designed and developed so that people with disabilities can use them. I've gone ahead and moved this to the correct category for you, |
