After latest update, Copilot defaults to Claude Haiku no matter which model is selected.

After the latest update which changed the model selector a little bit, it does not matter which model I pick, the response I get is always from Claude Haiku. Anyone else run into this issue and know a solution? I've tried re-installing VS Code this did not help.
