These Benefits will be activated at the exact time your application approved after 3 days, also you will get the email once your benefits are activated. |

I'm having the same problem, but I applied on February 21st. I was able to use GitHub Copilot with the pro version offered by the education pack, but today my Copilot is free and there is information about attending benefits. |

Same Problem , I have received the email but I still can't use the copilot pro. |

Same issue. Pack approved April 3, 2026. Copilot Student was active and working for 21 days. Around April 24 it was suddenly revoked and account reverted to 'Awaiting Benefits'. Support ticket #4383914 open for 3 weeks with no response. This is clearly a backend sync bug affecting already-active users, not a new sign-up issue. @martinwoodward can someone look into this? |

Hi everyone,
Hello everyone,
My GitHub Student Developer Pack application was approved on March 11, 2026, and my dashboard shows "Awaiting Benefits". According to the message on the page, the benefits (including partner offers and GitHub Copilot access) should become available within 72 hours (3 days) after approval.
However, it has already been more than 3 days, and the benefits have still not been activated. I am still unable to redeem GitHub Copilot or access the Student Developer Pack offers.
Current Status:
I have already tried:
But the benefits are still not activated.
Has anyone else faced this issue recently?

Is there anything else I should try, or should I contact GitHub Education support directly?
Thank you!
