Can't get verified

I am subsribed at the institute of high technological studies in Sfax (Tunisia), i am currently a student at the second year of DSI CD ( Developpement of Information System - Distant Courses), my certificate of affiliation is in arabic. How can i get certified to Github Éducation ?

Keep the original Arabic certificate Add an English translation next to it
GitHub requires proof that the student is currently enrolled.
The document must clearly show:
Student full name
University name
Current date or semester
Before applying again, he should update his GitHub profile:
Full real name (same as certificate)
Bio with university name
Add school email if available
Mismatch between profile and documents can cause rejection.

You do NOT need an officially stamped/translated document from your university (though if your school can provide one, it's even better and more "official").
What works very well (and is accepted by many people with Arabic documents):

Just you writing (or typing) the English translation clearly next to the original Arabic document.
