Discussion: Improving Code Clarity and Maintainability #190891
-
🏷️ Discussion TypeBug BodyHi everyone, I’d like to open a discussion about how we can improve the overall clarity and maintainability of this project. While the current implementation is functional, there are a few areas where we might benefit from some refinements: Documentation: Some parts of the codebase could use clearer explanations, especially around complex logic and edge cases. I’d love to hear your thoughts: Are there specific areas you find confusing or difficult to work with? Looking forward to your feedback and ideas! |

Thanks for starting this discussion! I agree that improving documentation should be a priority, especially for the more complex parts of the code. Clearer explanations would definitely make onboarding easier for new contributors. On the code structure side, I think we could begin by identifying the most critical areas where complexity is highest and tackle those incrementally. Small, focused refactors might be more manageable than large changes all at once. Regarding consistency, establishing and documenting a standard (naming conventions, formatting, etc.) sounds like a great idea. It could help keep things aligned as the project grows. Happy to help with any of these efforts—just let me know where to start |
