Hi @raphaelhgit,
the issue is that GitHub links the student discount to the account, not just the email. Even if you unlinked the email, the system still remembers that your school email was used for the account 'raphaelhenrion'.

What you can do:

  1. Recover the old account: Try to reset the password or find the login token for 'raphaelhenrion'.
  2. Contact Support: If you can't access the old account, you must open a ticket at GitHub Education Support. Tell them you want to transfer the benefit from your old account to your new one because you lost access.

Only GitHub staff can manually 'release' that email from the old record.
