Hi @dushixiang ,

That specific error — "Your account is unable to sign up for Copilot. Please contact Support" — even when the page shows you're eligible, is a known backend account flag issue. It's not something you can fix from your side, it needs GitHub to clear it manually. Here's exactly what to do:
