I’m sorry to hear that your account has been suspended, especially since it has a credit card linked to it — I understand how urgent and stressful this situation can be.

Regarding your issue, here are a few important points:

• Account suspension issues can only be handled by GitHub Support. The community is not able to restore access or lift suspensions.

• If you have already submitted a support request, please wait for their response. If not, you should submit a ticket through GitHub Support as soon as possible and clearly explain your situation.

• In your support request, make sure to include:

  • Your account email ([824838255@qq.com](mailto:824838255@qq.com))
  • That you are currently unable to log in
  • That a credit card is linked to the account and you would like to access it to remove the payment method
  • That if the account is deemed invalid, you are willing to delete it after removing the card

Additional suggestions:

• Check your email regularly, including the spam/junk folder
• Avoid submitting multiple tickets, as this may delay the process

In most cases, GitHub Support will assist you with billing-related concerns or provide a solution.
