Unable to verify academic status despite matching GitHub profile and documents

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone,

I am trying to apply for GitHub Education benefits, but my academic verification keeps getting rejected.

I have already completed the following:

• Enabled two-factor authentication on my GitHub account
• Updated my GitHub billing information with my full legal name
• Updated my GitHub profile name to exactly match my academic documents
• Logged out and logged back in after making changes

My academic documents also clearly show:

• My full name
• University name
• Current academic status

However, the verification system still says that my first name and last name do not match my GitHub billing information.

I believe everything now matches correctly, so I would appreciate guidance on what else I should check or whether manual review may be needed.
