Hi everyone,

I'm having a persistent issue with my Student Developer Pack application. I've updated my Public Profile and Billing Information to match my official student document exactly (Name: Kürşat Lezgun).

I am a student at Anadolu University, and despite uploading a clear, current, and official student certificate, the automated system consistently rejects it, stating it "cannot find the school name" or "doesn't match billing".

I've ensured my location services are on and I'm applying from my campus area without any VPN. It seems like the automated verification is stuck in a loop.

Could a moderator or staff member help me bypass this automated error?

As seen in the screenshot, I have updated my Public Profile and Bio to match my academic institution and legal name exactly. My Billing Information is also synced with these details. Despite this alignment, the automated verification system still cannot process my official Anadolu University documents. I've also verified my academic email. I would appreciate a manual review of my case.
