Hi everyone,

我是一名中国高校学生，在进行学生认证时，遇到了诸多问题：
1.电脑端认证不让提交图片等任何文件，只能拍摄，通过微软调取手机摄像头后模糊不清。
2.订单信息中，对于中国人大多为单字姓氏，无法认证，只能加空格或者改用拼音，但这就涉及第三个问题。
3.个人提交的所有资料中，姓氏均为单字“王”，但是订单信息不支持“王”，而是“王 ”多了一个空格，导致一直显示姓氏不同。
4.实验手机端认证时，无电脑端类似的端口代理，只能使用VPN。而提交后回退不让使用VPN。
