Unable to start GitHub Education application — redirected to pricing page

Hi everyone,

Hello,

My previous GitHub Education verification expired, and I am now trying to reapply as a university student.

However, whenever I click on "Start an application", I get redirected to the pricing page instead of the application form, so I cannot continue with the verification process.

I already tried:

• clearing cache and cookies
• different browsers and devices
• logging out and back in

I also attempted to contact support, but my ticket was automatically closed.

Additionally, I tried contacting support via email, but I did not receive a response.

Is there any way to reset my education eligibility or restore access to the application form?

Thank you. I already tried that method as well.

When I go directly to GitHub Education and click on "Join GitHub Education", it redirects me to Education Benefits Settings.

Then, when I click on "Start an application", it still redirects me to the pricing page instead of opening the application form.

I also tried contacting GitHub Support multiple times, but my tickets keep getting closed without any solution or explanation.

At this point, I am unable to access the application form at all.

I tried the direct application link you provided, but it still redirects me to the pricing page instead of the application form.

I also reopened my support ticket and I am currently waiting for their response.
