Description
My GitHub account has been verified as a student through the GitHub Education
program, but I am still on Copilot Free instead of being upgraded to
Copilot Pro as expected.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
After student verification is confirmed, Copilot Pro should be automatically
activated at no cost as part of the GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits.
Actual behavior
Copilot plan remains on Free tier despite having a verified student account.
