Thank you for the clarification. Since GitHub Education verification can sometimes be strict for faculty/staff accounts, the issue is likely that the system needs a stronger proof of employment than only a public webpage, even if you are using an official university email address.

Because you do not have a faculty ID card or employee badge, I would recommend submitting another official document that clearly shows your current position at the university or research institute. For example:

  • an employment or appointment letter
  • an HR document or contract
  • a recent payslip
  • a signed letter from your department or supervisor confirming your postdoctoral position
