Based on the rejection reasons, I think the problem is that the verification system isn't finding enough information in a single image to confidently verify your status. If the portal only shows your name and access dates, but doesn't clearly show the institution name, the system may be treating those as separate issues even if you're genuinely enrolled. For the "far from campus" part, distance learning students seem to run into this fairly often because the system is designed around the assumption that students are physically associated with a campus location. Simply showing "distance learning" may not always be enough for the automated checks. If possible, I'd try to capture a single photo that includes:
The challenge is that the automated system appears to evaluate what it can see in one submission, so splitting information across multiple screens or documents may not help if only one image is being processed. I'm also curious whether anyone from GitHub Education can clarify the multiple-document issue, because if the interface only allows a single camera capture, that doesn't seem to match the guidance given in the rejection messages. Hopefully a moderator or Education team member can take a look, because this sounds more like a verification workflow limitation than a problem with your documentation. |

I opened a different site for the school portal showing the exact same information but in a different order/way and zoomed it to 240% so that it was showing my first access, last access, full name and name of the school in the screen. For the distance part I zoomed the browser to show only my name and the fpdistancia part.
I think that a big problem was that the picture it captured was blurry or could not be read easily, as the information was no together, causing me to distance from the screen to capture everything.
I have now been approved and I'm now waiting for the benefits to be activated.
It was a bit frustrating but I hope that my solution works for other …
