Due to a 2FA issue with my old account, I had to unlink my university email and apply again on this new account. I have already submitted my official Faculty Certificate and all required evidence in Ticket #4402414. However, the ticket has been open for over two weeks without any response, and my semester is starting imminently. Could a GitHub staff member please look into Ticket #4402414 and help process it?
