Verified Student Until 2027 but Copilot Student Is Missing and Account Shows Copilot Free

Hi everyone,

I am a verified GitHub Student Developer Pack user, and my benefits are active until May 10, 2027.

However, I am experiencing an issue with GitHub Copilot:

• My Student Developer Pack is active and verified.
• My student coupon ($4/month for 2 years) is active until May 13, 2027.
• I have no payment method attached.
• I have no outstanding invoices or unpaid charges.
• My Licensing page shows "Copilot Free".
• There is no Copilot activation or redemption option on my Education Benefits page.

I previously had a paid GitHub Pro/Copilot subscription, but it has already ended.

I also noticed the announcement stating that new activations of Copilot Student are currently paused. Because of that, I am unsure whether my situation is:

1. An entitlement issue caused by my previous paid subscription,
2. A missing Copilot Student entitlement that should already be attached to my account,
3. Or whether I am affected by the current pause on new Copilot Student activations.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue where their Student Developer Pack remained active, but Copilot Student disappeared and only Copilot Free was shown?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
