Copilot in GitHub
Body
Hi
Before all, I tried to resolve all those problems with support but it didnt help.
I had an active Copilot Pro subscription on my GitHub account for 3 past months and it was great, but now due to an expired payment card and 3 rejected transations (which I overlooked) I was automatically downgraded to the Free plan. It would be ok, but now I cant even pay my previous bill, and I cant upgrade back to Pro, because it is now "blocked for new users". (Yes i updated my billing info)
I tried using AI credits, and set up my limits, but it doesn't work. Somehow it still demands in VScode to "Upgrade" my plan and thats imposible.
Can someone help me in this situation?
