my account just got paid on Jun 8 but im still blocked

If the payment has already gone through, check that you're signed into the GitHub account associated with the subscription. If the subscription shows as active and you're still blocked, GitHub Support will likely need to investigate the billing issue.

the thing is i know that i use all my credit befor the 8th of June and aat the 8th the billing got proccess but the account didnt renwe. who can check if there is any mistake?

Automatic renewal can fail for several reasons, such as an expired payment method, insufficient funds, or a billing issue.

Payment processing can take 24-72 hours to reflect across all GitHub systems even after your bank shows the charge.

Try these steps:

1. Wait 48 hours from the payment date
2. Check your billing page: github.com/settings/billing
3. Check your Copilot status: github.com/settings/copilot
4. If still blocked after 48 hours, open a ticket at support.github.com/contact with your payment receipt attached

Common reasons for delay:

· Bank authorization pending
· GitHub batch processing (updates once daily)
· Regional payment processor delay

Most likely it will auto-resolve within 24-72 hours. No need to do anything except wait.

Like i mentioned befor there is no issue with the payment. I need to know if I renout of credit on the 5th and then you charged me on the 8th of Jun a new billing cycle why am i still blocked?
