I paid for GitHub Copilot Pro+ but I don't have access to the subscription. GitHub support is not providing a clear resolution. Is this normal, are there other ways to contact support, and can I request a refund? Answer Hi Avri, This does not sound like the expected experience for a paid GitHub Copilot Pro+ subscription. If the subscription shows as active in Billing but Copilot features are still unavailable, mention that specifically in your support ticket, as it may help the support team identify the issue faster. I hope this gets resolved for you soon. |

I paid for a Pro + plan some time ago and yet I do NOT have any access to it nor I cannot even activate it with signing out and in again,
GitHub does not show me any way to register (or login) with my new plan.
Also, the support guys at GitHub don't respond promptly on my tickets (I have several opened on that issue) and when they finally do respond, their answer is not clear and they just leave you there with no way to respond back (not even by e-mail that id constantly rejected by their server)
So, I ask the community this:
