If the payment was successfully processed and it's already been 5 days since you opened a support ticket, I'd recommend replying to the existing ticket rather than creating a new one, as it can help bring it back into the queue. Make sure to include your ticket number, the date of purchase, and a copy of the payment confirmation (without sharing sensitive details publicly). Since account activation and billing issues can only be reviewed by GitHub Support, they'll be the best team to resolve this for you. Hi @aniketsaini, Thank you for your response. I have already raised a support ticket and have been waiting for a response for the past 5 days. As suggested, I will reply to the existing ticket with the additional details. For reference, I am attaching screenshots showing:
The payment was successfully processed, but the subscription benefits have not been activated on my account yet. I would appreciate it if the support team could review this issue and provide an update on the activation status. Please have this below info as the reference. |

Hello GitHub Team,
I recently purchased a GitHub license, and the payment was successfully processed. However, my account has not been activated, and I am still unable to access the features associated with the purchased plan.
I raised a support ticket regarding this issue 5 days ago, but I have not received any response or update so far. As the payment has already been deducted and confirmed, I am concerned about the delay in activating my account and the lack of communication regarding the status of my request.
Could someone please help review this issue or advise on the next steps? I can provide the ticket number and payment details privately if needed.
