My Copilot Pro subscription was canceled after consecutive card declines caused by insufficient funds. My billing account is now locked, and I’m unable to add a valid payment method or pay the past-due balance. I need a human representative to review my account, verify my current subscription status, and confirm whether my billing access and Copilot entitlement can be restored.
