My GitHub Education application keeps getting rejected

Hi everyone,

Hello,

I am a student at Shandong University in China.

I have already:

• verified my school email (mail.sdu.edu.cn),
• enabled browser location access,
• disabled VPN and proxy,
• updated my GitHub profile with my real name.

However, my GitHub Education application is still automatically rejected.

The rejection mentions:

• location verification,
• my student document does not contain the complete school name.

My student ID card has the university name on the cover and personal information on the inside page, so it is difficult to capture both clearly during camera verification.

I am currently on campus.

Could anyone advise how I should proceed?
