This usually happens due to one of the following reasons:

1. Temporary quota sync issue
2. Session/account cache problem
3. Backend usage miscalculation

Try these steps:

• Sign out and sign back in
• Restart VS Code or browser
• Check Copilot subscription status
• Wait a few hours for quota refresh

If the issue still persists, contact GitHub Support because they can verify your usage logs and reset quota if needed.
