I submitted an appeal 2 months ago, followed up on the original email a few times asking for updates, but havent had any response. Im writing this hearing that the community section wont be able to help but... idk I feel like ive done everything I can at this point without premium support, its getting to the point where its really annoying that I dont have the account as my company email is linked to it and i cant unlink it without being unsuspended.

original ticket is 4414972 and my username was ethanjios, not sure if it matters putting it here though 😔

I made some issues on my orgs repo through the gh cli which I guess flagged my account... any advice, or anything i havent tried yet? Thanks

Hi! Unfortunately, there isn't much the community can do with suspended account appeals since only GitHub Support can review them.

If you've already submitted an appeal and followed up on the same ticket, creating additional tickets usually won't speed things up. The best approach is to keep all communication in the existing ticket so the history stays together.

Since it's been around two months, your case has likely exceeded the normal waiting time. If your company has access to GitHub Enterprise or Premium Support, an organization owner may be able to contact GitHub Support on behalf of the organization and reference your ticket number.

If not, I'm afraid the only option is to continue waiting for Support's response. I know that's frustrating, especially when your work email is tied to the suspended account.

The GitHub Community can't access or review account suspension appeals, so unfortunately no one here can check your ticket or speed up the process. Since you've already submitted your appeal and followed up on the same ticket, the best option is to wait for a response from GitHub Support. Avoid opening new tickets, as that can sometimes delay the review process. Hopefully, Support will get back to you soon regarding Ticket #4414972.
