Petition for an explanation of the bug this month that has caused overbilling

I saw a 22x increase(which I can't imagine was intentional) in cost on June first(which maxed me out on work I was routinely doing over 60 days for gauging use which is measured), which I consider to be a bug in their billing model, yet my customer support ticket has still gone unanswered and it's 6-30-26.

Please add your similar story, I know there's more. I for one would like an explanation.
