When a Github Actions job is queued, it shows the duration for which it has been in the queue.

However, once it starts executing, we can only see the duration of the job after that point.

Same for the Usage page on the workflow run.

It'd be really helpful if the Usage page and the individual job pages were to show how long each job had to wait in queue as well. This helps runner pool managers get info on how different jobs/runners are doing with queueing.
