Failed to verify student status repeatedly

Hi everyone,

I have been rejected 7-8 times now even after I have done everything as per the suggestions such as to enable 2- factor authentication, complete billing details and my profile. I have been using my device camera to scan my Documents and still I receive the same answer like the name of school is missing, though its not. I have tried uploading multiple documents and every document contains complete info such as my full name same as the profile name, my school logo and name as well as the academic year. I don’t understand what’s wrong and it’s really frustrating to keep doing this without knowing what am I actually doing wrong.
Can someone please help me regarding this matter?

This usually happens because the automated text scanner is having a hard time reading your school's name from your document. Sometimes logos, complex backgrounds, or non-English text confuse the bot, so it just assumes the name is "missing" even when it's right there.

As, you've tried your ID multiple times, try using a completely different document. An official enrollment letter or a transcript from your student portal usually works much better because it's mostly just plain text on a white background, which is way easier for the bot to read.

Also, double check that the school name on your GitHub profile exactly matches how it's spelled on your document. Give an enrollment letter a try and see if it goes through.
