I also find it very absurd that there's no Upload button to upload photos and documents saved directly on my computer. My university only offers digital student ID cards, so I had to print them because the ID recognition wasn't working due to pixels on the screen. |

Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I was trying to sign in with my university email to get Copilot, but the system keeps telling me that my name doesn't match the one on the document.

My university uses digital ID cards, so I had to take a photo of the document displayed on my PC monitor. I’ve already filled in the fields required by GitHub, but the request is immediately rejected with the following reason: "Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable." However, my first and last names are identical in both the photo and the data I entered on GitHub.
Could you please help me?
