Manual Review Request for Student Verification

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I am trying to complete the student verification process, but I don't have a personal email ID. Instead, I submitted my school ID as proof.

Unfortunately, my verification keeps getting rejected. The system asks me to take a photo using the camera, but when the camera opens, it only shows the front camera. There is no option to switch to the back camera, so I am unable to capture my school ID as required.

Could you please review my verification manually or let me know if there is an alternative way to complete the verification?
