My application is rejected. Can you explain what exactly problem?

Hi, the rejection message you got is generic by design — GitHub Education doesn't provide a specific reason in the automated rejection, so it's hard to know exactly what went wrong without more context. To help you better, could you share (without posting the full document, for privacy):

What type of document did you submit? (student ID, enrollment letter, transcript, etc.)
Does the document include your full name, institution name, a current date, and an official signature/stamp?
Did you sign up with an institutional email (.edu or similar) or a personal one?

In the meantime, some common rejection causes are:

The name on the document doesn't exactly match your GitHub profile or billing info.
The document doesn't show a recent/current date for this academic year.
The full institution name is missing or not clearly visible.
The image is blurry or low quality, making automated verification (OCR) fail.

Also check the "Why wasn't my application approved?" link usually included in the rejection email — it lists the exact requirements for accepted documents.
If you fix any of these issues, you can reapply directly without creating a brand new request.
