Hi everyone,

Hello,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my GitHub Student Developer Pack application. I am currently a full-time university student, but my application keeps getting repeatedly rejected by the automated system with the generic message stating that my school name cannot be found or that I need to use my device camera.

I have carefully verified the following steps on my end:

My GitHub public profile name and billing information exactly match the full name printed on my academic documents.

I am using my device camera to take live, clear, well-lit photos.

The documents I am uploading (including my official student ID card and current semester fee receipts) clearly show the full, official name of my institution in English text, not just a logo.

Despite submitting these valid documents multiple times, the automated system continues to reject the application with the same error. Could a moderator or support team member please look into my account or guide me on how to request a manual human review for my academic status?
