Hi everyone,

i was trying to submit the "Education Benefits" application using my college ID card, but the problem being, it has rejected the first time when and the issue to address was "use your device camera", but when i am using my laptop's webcam the photo becomes blurry and my application is rejected again, and it is not allowing me to upload the ID card from local storage.

can you please help me by suggesting other methods, anything would be insightfull.
