Hi everyone,

Hello!

I'm trying to renew my GitHub Student benefits, but I keep failing, and I can't figure out why. The documents I'm submitting include all my information: my school's name, the school logo—I enter it manually because it isn't listed in the system—and I also include the address and other details.

Any ideas?

Also—I’m doing everything on my phone (iPhone 14) too, with the camera lens clean, and taking photos of the papers I printed out. I fill in the information at the beginning of the form exactly as it appears in the images from the original post.

To fix the automated rejections, ensure you meet these strict requirements:

Translation: Your documents are in Portuguese, as the error explicitly states, you must photograph the original next to an English translation.
Email: You are using an @outlook.com address. If your school provides an academic email, add and verify it on your GitHub account first, if not you can skip this.
2FA: Enable Two-Factor Authentication in your GitHub account security settings.

I've tried to translate the document and sending only him (without the original).
When I submitted only translated, it only gave that error.

I also tried submitting both together, side by side (the original and the translation), but the resolution probably caused GitHub's AI to not read them correctly, resulting in several errors at once.
