Student Developer Pack application stuck for 8 days - Outstanding discount request error

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,

My GitHub Student Developer Pack application has been stuck for 8 days.

When I try to continue my application, I receive the following error:

"There was an error creating the discount request. Discount request could not be created. You have an outstanding discount request for @engee23m4-pixel. We will get back to you soon."

Because of this, I cannot continue my application or submit a new one.

I have already waited 8 days, which is longer than the usual review time.

Could someone please check whether my application is stuck or let me know if there is anything I need to do?
