I'm working on a GitHub Workflow, making changes to it to take account other changes to the repo. It failed with an error, but I cannot see what the error is. Nor can I see what line(s) are involved. When I look at the log I see this:

When I click on the right pointing arrow, nothing happens, which is weird as that has always worked for me. When I click on the "Build and analyze" which is the name of one of the steps in the workflow, nothing happens. I've tried closing the browser and re-opening it, but that hasn't helped.
