Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Support Team,

I am trying to verify my student status using my official certificate. My legal name matches my GitHub billing and public profile information exactly.

However, the automated system keeps rejecting my application within minutes. I suspect it is a character recognition (OCR) issue with Uzbek alphabets and the apostrophes in my name.

Could you please perform a manual human review of my submitted document?
