Unable to Join Github Education

Hi everyone,

I was trying to join the Github education. Firstly, my application got rejected because I didn't complete the following:
GitHub account with two-factor authentication,
GitHub billing information,
GitHub user profile.

Then I completed all the above and tried reapplying. However, I'm not able to. I shows the following error:
"There was an error creating the discount request. Errors:
Discount request could not be created. Discount request errors: You have an outstanding discount request for @myaccount. We will get back to you soon."
I have attached the screenshot.

I wasn't contacted back.
Please help me resolve this issue.
