At the moment, I do not think GitHub provides a user-side picker during Sign in with GitHub to choose one email address per third-party site. The behavior mostly depends on what the app asks GitHub for and how that app handles the returned account data:

Current practical workarounds are limited:
So I agree this would be a useful feature request, but today the selection is not exposed as a GitHub authorization-screen choice in the same way repository access or OAuth scopes are shown. |

I have multiple email addresses on my GitHub account. It would be nice if there were a way to choose which one to use when creating an account on a third party website using Sign in with GitHub.
