Contact Information for Accessibility Conformance Reports

Hello!

While going through the Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR), I noticed that underneath the "Contact Information" section, it doesn't list a specific team, person, or organization responsible for conducting the accessibility evaluation. Instead, it directs readers to the community discussion page. Can we understand that decision a bit more, and are there plans to name a specific team within or outside GitHub that conducted these VPATs and produced these ACRs?

The software purchase or renewal checklists require clear evaluation responsibility to be listed in the "Contact Information" section which means a specific individual OR somewhere on the GitHub website(s) that indicate an Accessibility Program, Team, or evaluators that hold IAAP or DHS Trusted Tester Certifications.
