​UI Bug: Blank Rejection Reason on Student Developer Pack Application

Hi everyone,

​I am a student trying to apply for the Student Developer Pack. All my classmates got approved, but my application keeps getting rejected automatically.
​The main problem is a UI bug: The rejection message says "Please address the following issues and apply again." but the space below it is completely blank (please see the attached screenshots of the error).
​Because of this technical issue, I have no idea what is wrong with my documents or what I need to fix. Could anyone advise on how to resolve this bug? I am falling behind in my class because of this.
