Verified .edu email and valid transcript, but application keeps getting auto-rejected #202183

Hi @dannielagumo,
Add a profile picture, bio, and maybe a pinned repo or two before reapplying.
A clearly visible institution name/logo matching your email domain. If any of these are slightly unclear in the document image, it can trigger rejection even though the content is accurate. You're a graduate student in a fully online program with a verified .edu email. Manual review through support is really the deciding factor for online/distance program students, automation tends to be stricter with that category specifically. |

Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I'm a graduate student in a fully online program applying for the Student Developer Pack. My documents are valid and current, but I keep getting auto-rejected and I've run out of things to try.
What I've already done:
Valid proof of current enrollment should be enough on its own, but the system keeps rejecting me. My account is only a few days old, which I suspect is part of the flagging.
For others who got past repeated auto-rejections with a verified .edu email and a valid, current transcript: what actually worked? Is it mostly waiting for the account to age, or is there a specific step I'm missing?
