Hi everyone,

Lower I describe situation but behavior of company is much worse. More than problems! They blocked any ability to make ticket about the problem:

• If I want to write about this like about bag you redirect me to forum.
• If I want to choose any variant about application problem as student they just refuse to solve problems "Individual manual reviews and status updates are no longer provided.". "are not provided" means they don't do it. It does not provide itself.

They are bunch of cowards who do not wanna do their duties. I hate them. I hope all of them who built this deeply lying system are gonna be beaten and fucked. They are non-human pieces of shit!

Application for approving reasons for education benefits is purely disgusting and broke. I can not upload photo of document then I am forced to make photo of it. Of course, photo captured with webcam is bad so I have to m


ake a photo with phone. I try to make photo. Application offers me take a photo with FRONTAL CAMER and, after pushing "change camera" bottom, application offers me take a photo with WIDE-ANGLE CAMERA, which distores the picture, insted of common camera. And all of it happens with square frame cropping.
And here I am not talking about often wiping out text fields.
It is not just not useful. It is anti-useful, harmful and painful. Fix that broken piece of code! Especially, ability to load the photo/file. There is electronic document managemenеt at last to avoid many of this problem!
