I am getting rejected and rejected every time I try to sign up

Hey guys,

I am trying to sign up for education benefits. My school is the Dinkelsbühl Grammar School - I'm from germany. I tried everything. I tried uploading my transcript clearly with my phone camera, with the OBS virtual cam, an english translation - nothing worked. My billing information and name in my user profile is correct, and my location is getting through. I was rejected four times in a row. Please help me.

I have the same issue. I've tried student ID, student finance letter, ss of my enrolment and why do we have an option to upload a photo if they are keep asking to do it with mobile device?! And when I do it on my phone it's keep being blurry 🫠I'm so confused and irritated
