Unable to get verfied

When i send the request, it get rejected, and asking to make my my profile name like the name which is appearing in the document, and they are the same now but the problem continues, i think the problem is the language my name in the document is arabic, but i made my name in the profile arabic too and the problem continues, i think i can't get a officail langueage in english, what to do now ?

What to do now ?

Please help me i dont what to do now ?
