Automated student verification trapped in name mismatch loop

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I am stuck in an endless automated rejection loop for the Student Developer Pack.

The system alternates between stating my first name or my last name does not match my GitHub account billing information. However, my profile settings and billing information are fully updated and match my official college document exactly.

The automated OCR scanner seems unable to parse the physical document correctly. Since the system is no longer accepting individual support tickets, could a staff member please review my account or provide a secure method for a manual check?
