Unable to request github support to "reset" or "fix" contribution graphs and "customise pins" #202464

Getting past the form's category restriction: If your account is on GitHub Free, direct ticket support is limited — mainly for account/security/abuse issues — and general troubleshooting goes through GitHub Community Discussions instead. If your account uses a paid GitHub plan, Copilot Business, or Copilot Enterprise, you can directly contact GitHub Support. The support form also offers "Chat with Copilot in GitHub Support" — if that doesn't resolve it, click "Create a ticket," which generates a ticket with the full chat transcript attached for a human agent. This sometimes gets routed faster than the plain form. Other angles: If it's urgent and affecting production, mention "production impact" explicitly in the ticket body — that phrase often bumps priority regardless of category selected. |

I would like to publicly thank Vincent from Github Enterprise Support for fixing "resetting" the backend. Everything is now sweet. |

In both cases the rest API call performed by both are timing out and returning 502.
Unfortunately the problem area in the FORM given to me by github does not allow me to select OTHER or GITHUB itself as the source of the problem.
I have tried twice picking REPOSITORIES as this is not a COPILOT or CODESPACES problem. I know REPOSITORIES is wrong but theres nothing else to pick.
Any ideas how i can talk to a real person ?
