I am looking for a good AI CRM for a small business. I recently read about Monday CRM in various blogs, and it looks interesting.
It also has AI features to manage leads and sales pipelines. Another thing I liked is that it can be used for project management too, so one tool can do both jobs. It will be very convenient.
The pricing starts from around $12 per user per month, with more features in the higher plans.
Before I decide, I wanted to ask people who have actually used it.

Is Monday CRM easy to use and the AI features really helpful?
