[Bug] Blank window renders when opening active Copilot session on Android 17

Description
When tapping on an existing, active Copilot session from the Copilot menu list, the application opens a completely blank window. The chat interface, previous session text history, and message input box all fail to render entirely.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch GitHub Mobile v1.267.0 on an Android 17 device.
2. Navigate to the Copilot features area.
3. Locate and tap on an open, existing Copilot chat session.
4. Observe the interface transition.

Expected Behavior
The active Copilot session should load completely, showing historical prompts, responses, and the text input field to resume chatting.

Actual Behavior
The app transitions into the session panel, but the window remains totally empty and white/black (blank). No UI elements or interactive zones load.
