Hi everyone,

I am trying to apply for student benefits, in my country (Türkiye) you can get your student paperwork from E-Goverment portal, since you cannot upload PDF files to the application, I decided to print out my studentship paper and take an image of it then upload that, after a little while i got an rejection saying the image is from third party. I cannot get my studentship paper from school since it's summer holiday and no one from administration goes to school.
My school doesn't give out emails either, what can i do to get verified?
Also the camera thing doesn't let me zoom in on change lenses so image is in ultra wide and low quality so i get closer to the paper and couldn't get paper all in image and readable quality.
